Express Course in Energy Massage

This training will allow you to treat your child, your husband or a friend at the physical, energy and emotional level.

The course combines the best elements of Swedish, Tibetan and Chinese massages, Shiatsu and Reiki energy treatments.

The course is designed for health practitioners as well as for the general public. There are no prerequisites

TRAINING DETAILS

  • You will obtain basic skills in techniques for:

    • balancing the yin-yang energy and clean blockages in the physical and light bodies

    • eliminating “racing thoughts” and headaches

    • releasing pressure on the shoulders and muscle tension in your back

    • activating blood circulation and warming the hands and feet

    • balancing the upper and lower body, the energy of the kidneys and the heart, and… many tips for good health.
