If your wish is to adopt a new profession, such as nature therapist, naturopath or massage therapist, this authentic program in advanced holistic alternative medicine will provide you with the necessary tools to expand your practice.
After having completed this program, you will become a Tibetan Litho-Reflexology Practitioner. As such, you will be able to begin your career, or add this new and unique knowledge to your existing practice, or you could combine this program with other holistic training offered at Shanti College, such as massage therapy, QI GONG or Ayurveda.

Tibetan Litho-Reflexology Practitioner Certification (400 Hours)
The training is given exclusively by Tanya at Shanti Holistic Clinic (Canada)
In-Person Course or Live via Zoom
Study at your own pace with guided support. Complete hands-on training, submit video assignments, and receive your certification to become a qualified practitioner.

Receipts can be declared as tuition fees.
This training may be recognized by the Quebec Naturopathic Association, allowing graduates with 400 hours to apply for membership as naturotherapists and provide insurance receipts.
Our graduates are eligible to issue receipts for services covered by professional associations in the field of naturopathic and holistic medicine.
As part of this journey, students may also have the opportunity to travel to India with Tanya to deepen their study of spiritual healing and energetic therapies in the Vedic and Tibetan traditions.

Part 3: Traditional Knowledge

Theory on nature’s 5 elements and 3 humors of the physical constitution and human temperament
Study of the meridian system and reflexology zones
Relationship between the physical field and the vital field and their correlation with physical illnesses, mental and spiritual issues
Blockages within chakras, energy centers and incidence of physical ailments
Utilizing the pendulum as an instrument to verify the balance of the chakras
Part 4: Tibetan Facial Harmony Therapy

Part 5: Authentic Reflexology with the Gyamzo, tool used in the Tibetan monasteries

Teachings of the traditional remedies using meridians used for weight loss
Crystal work surrounding the head area in order to increase energy and concentration
Part 6: Techniques using the Dorji tool

Cleansing, filling, and stabilization of the organs and meridians
Muscular and Skeletal systems: Support of the vertebrae and skeletal system, neck and back pain, arm and leg related discomforts
Alignment of the Hara line (energetic and physical alignment)
Part 7: Professional Mentoring

Exercises and physical activities: 5 exercises of Tibetan yoga (Optional)
How to preserve one’s energy (Posture/ Breath/ Movement)
Professional Boundaries in Massage Therapy: Navigating Sexual Ethics and Conduct
Client-practitioner relations, safety, and security rules

Conferences will be followed by one hour of brief demonstrations on the various techniques, offered at a friendly price depending on registrations to the different workshops offered.

Graduates will be able to repeat either the entire curriculum or some classes once for free if they choose to do so in order to refresh their knowledge.
Parts 1-4 can be replaced by a choice of the following options which will total 45 hrs:
